  • The cost of materials was approximately 265,000 GP.
  • Selling the rations at an average price of 594,000 GP yielded a profit of 1.04 million GP per hour.

This method not only provides a significant profit but also offers a decent amount of cooking experience, around 83,000 XP per hour. If you’re looking to make a substantial amount of GP while training your cooking skills, this could be your go-to method.

Exploring Lesser-Known Item Flips

1. Druid Pouch Fillers:

Two items that are used to fill the Druid pouch, the More My Fungus and More My Stems, have recently caught my attention. While these items are not well-known, they offer a surprising amount of profit when collected and sold.

Collection Method:

  • Location: A spot with two small bushes and three rotting branches.
  • Process: Cast Bloom on this spot to collect More My Stems and Pairs.
  • Profit:
    • After collecting for 8.5 minutes, I gathered 45 Pairs and 73 branches.
    • The total profit, after accounting for the cost of runes and prayer potions, was around 1.1 million GP per hour.

Testing Uncommon Quest Items for Profit

Uncommon quest items often follow a price trend where their value spikes occasionally. These spikes provide an opportunity to make a profit if you can catch the market at the right time.

1. Spike Boots:

  • Materials Needed: Iron Bar and Clarin Boots.
  • Cost to Create: 92,400 GP for 100 pairs.
  • Selling Price: Initially sold for 3,500 GP each but tested at 5,000 GP.
  • Profit: Selling at 5,000 GP yielded a profit of 1.9 million GP per hour.

2. Seasoned Sardines:

  • Materials Needed: Raw Sardine and Google Leaves.
  • Creation Time: 200 sardines took 5 minutes to prepare.
  • Cost per Sardine: 264 GP.
  • Selling Price: Tested at 10,000 GP each.
  • Profit: Sold 21 sardines for a total of 207,000 GP.

3. Poison Chalices:

  • Materials Needed: Collected for free from asking Stankers.
  • Collection Time: 8 minutes for 79 chalices.
  • Selling Price: Tested at 50,000 GP each.
  • Profit: Sold 30 out of 79 chalices for a total of 1.48 million GP.

Although the poison chalice method proved to be time-consuming and required a GE slot, the potential profit of 29.6 million GP per hour (if sold efficiently) is notable. However, this method is not always feasible due to market saturation and the time required for sales.
